I was awakened by sounds of water dripping frm the ceiling in to the bucket, it's still early.... now i felt dizzy...

I should feel good now since i'm actually on leave from the office until next year. However, knowing that I have a lot of work piling up, I dont feel good to start my leave. And now is the best time to do the works before BB comes back from her holidays. This is the only time I can do my work peacefully.... no interuptions or ad-hoc work...

I browsed tru my old entries in my beloved blog.... wow, it's been 4 years that I've been blogging. But recent few months, I've been keeping quiet as I was'nt keen to blog eventho a lot had happened.

The old entries reminds me of my Good old days which i missed so so much..... and i can see how growned up i'm now comparing to my earlier blogging days. But those days was full of excitement, while now was all routined.... I dont know why, but i wish to have some magic in my life now.... so that i wont feel bored or lost. I'm probably still searching..... dunno what...

I just realize one thing tht i'm still in love with..... travelling....

If i ever have a chance to go somewhere that i have'nt been yet, i'll make sure i'll bring my superb dgcam with me, capturing the moment and things that i see thru my eyes. The more you see around, the more you learn abt people and life.... but still, the best camera ever are actually both your eyes, praise Allah for that!~

My latest Overseas assignment for the year, was a trip to Jakarta. As usual, a last minute appointment never make me feel bad as i was accompanied by great people who really knows where to go to shop and eat at Jakarta.... despite the assignment, we also went shopping!!~ I think that was the best part ever, we went to Bandung. Eventho only for a day, the trip was filled with great shopping places. Jakarta was not a place for 'us' to shop. The malls are big and everyhere, with a lot of branded designer names, but locals do not shop there. Preferably go to a lil bit suburb places like Bandung and shop at their big factory outlets. There they have wide ranges of clothes and other stuff which you will definitely like it and worth the money! I even got myself a black 'Baby Phat' jacket which i love so much worth ard RM 40 jer!!~

How i see Jakarta, actually more like KL. Full of people and traffic jams which was actually worst than KL. Before this I thought traffic jams in Malaysia was terrible enuff, but nothing compared to Jakarta.... oh, what a headache...

Another season for Travelling was at Kuching.... Yea, my first time, honourably appointed last minute to join the Kuching Team for our Educamp at Sarawak. But again, teamed up with great team members,we managed to handle the event smoothly. Personally for me, it was really fun. We enjoyed every single minute of working together. Plus the stroll along Sungai Sarawak at night hunting for 'gelang' was exciting too! Hahah....

My wishlist:

I wanna go to a place with blue blue sky! I need it so much!~

Another reunion with my fellow primary skoolmates at the Eye on Malaysia. It's Tahun Melawat Malaysia now... better go and grab some nice pics there. It was raining that day, so the pics wasn't so great...but i still like it. I wanna do this more often!

How long have I been working now at KLCC?
FYI, it's already a year and 2 mths.
But I never actually walk and stroll along the KLCC Park down there.
I really really wanted to do that actually, because I wanna take pictures of the twin tower at night. But never had a chance to do that tho.

So, since Salwa was around, we planned a gathering near the KLCC Park. Mas brought with her sate kajang!~

Aaaahh... I really miss this kinda gathering, like wut we used to do at brissy before.
So, I cannot missed this opportunity to snap this photos with the background of the twin tower!

And also, it was quite awhile, we have'nt had a chance to gather around like this anymore.

Lets do this more often, girls!!!~

Enjoying the piccas?

The truth is, i just came back from a business trip to Sudan last Tuesday.
Yes, S.U.D.A.N, sudan.
Where is Sudan anyway? It's in the Northern Africa, near Egypt and Ethiopia.
For what?
To select some local students there to continue their studies at our university here.

It was my FIRST time there, obviously. My first overseas work outstation. But actually, it was a pretty last minute instruction from big bos. Imagined that we only know that we are going there on Monday, whilst the flight was on Thursday. And also have to get 5 jap for vaccination, ouch! Thank God, I've got my passport all ready to use...

However, it was a great experience and and quite an exciting trip for us!

Ok, the pics above was taken while I was in Dubai for flight transit to Sudan. Was in Dubai for about 7 hours after 6 hours flight from KL. But, we have'nt got the time to go around the city though, since we arrived a bit early in the morning at the transit hotel, while the city only open at 10 am, and we have to rush back to the airport at 12 noon. However, me n my colleague managed to snaps some pics all around the hotel....huhuh... Dubai was really hot and dry. There are lots of Asian people working there, and i cant barely recognized who were the original people there... Quite confusing... What I can say is that, they all look rich and modern. A bit too westernized indeed.

Flight to Sudan from Dubai only took around 4 hrs, i was quite carried away with all meals they served onboard. Nice food and nice people from Emirates Air. But somehow, during the touch down, I felt a bit dizzy and almost feel like throwing out. I guessed it was the cheese cake. So I was'nt really look alright then, and the weather was really dry and flaming hot! I really dont dare to open up my mouth, coz i'm afraid that i'll vomit. The staff from Sudan office was there to pick us up, they help us go through the immigration faster than we should. First time experience in a 3rd world country, i felt so grateful to Allah with what we have in Malaysia. The life here in Sudan was so simple. Not hectic at all, they only live with what they have around.

And so we have to work on Friday and Saturday, since the event can only be done during their weekends just to get everyone to be involved in it. The event was so simple, as wut i said before. Nothing to compare with the ones that we always held in Tronoh. Well, at first I was quite frustrated with it. But sooner, I just realized that, that was how it was supposed to be. An event does not have to be that grand to be successful. Which means, as long as the event achieved the target (eg: select best students for sponsorship), then it was succesful enough. Its not the way you do it, but its more on the result that you get. Ok...I rest my case there. Probably the culture there is different. They are still developing, and still learning... But I really hope that everything will turn differently another 10 years. Erm, just my 2 cents.

Finally, everything turns out well and our job was done right on time!

So, departed from Sudan Airport on Sunday evening, had a transit at Bahrain. Thats the only time that we have to shop for some souvenirs for friends and family. And later at midnight, board the flight back to KL.

Reached KLIA AT about 12:30 noon Monday. And I am so glad to be back in KL and back to the modernisation nation!!!!!~

On top of this all, it was a great trip and I have no regrets on going there.

I really need to burst this thing out. I'm sick of arranging schedule for this BIG2 people when they themselves could'nt actually arrange it themselves. Owh what, do you think that when u're up there means that, those down below have to do everything for you? Like every little tiny things? Come on, you cant just expect things to be perfect all the time. You've been in the organization for so long, you should be more experienced and you should know how to handle things far much better than those with less experience. I mean all this are small matters.

Takkan la sampai airport pun nk kena org jemput, ok fine, mmg akan dijemput la. But nk balik ke airport pun, u can actually grab a cab and they obviously will sent you there. So what's the fuss anyway?? Are you saying that u dunno how to get there? dunno how to call the cab?

I really thought people like you are more exposed to places like that, travelling all over the world. You should know every single step already. Do you expect us whom never been there to know all this? Nope kan. But yet, we will still assist. Takkan la semua nk orang arrange kan. Ok, people can always arrange for you, but you are the one who will be at that place doing evrything , not the person yg arrangekan. Can you imagine how hard for us to actually think of all situation or worst scenarios that could happen just to let you have a perfect safe and sound trip. And then, when something came up, you would just gonna blame us for our bad arrangement.

FYI, i'm sick ok..so sick...sickening....

Please laa.... planning for my backpacking trip was wayyyy easier than this!

She tagged me...

She made me tell everyone the 6 strange things bout myself...
She refused to say that it's weird...me too... I dont think, strange or weird is the word...
I'd prefer, unique...eheh..
Its hard....seriously hard....
But, I'll try...

So here are the 6 Unique things about me! I need a very long time to do this!

#1 - I hate being under the limelight!
- I'm a very very shy girl! Too much attention is no good for me. Try putting lots of attention to me, and you'll find all the task given to me undone. I cant take too much pressure , I guess.

#2 - Eventho I love to be in a photo, i prefer not to look directly into the camera.
-Easier for me to edit the photo. I felt embarrased looking at myself smiling in the photo itself! Gambar yg unik tidak memerlukan anda melihat ke kamera, itu prinsip saya!

#3 - I'm more into western/italian food
-I always think that nasik is menggemukkan.... jahat! jahat! but sometimes i have to eat it jugak!
I'd prefer simple food cam burger and pizza.... aha, simple ke tu?

#4 - I do not drink tea and coffee
-Entah, dunno why i dont feel like drink it at all....and milk too... will get stomach ache after drinking it! Lagipun, too much tea and coffee bleh menguningkan gigi, betul!!

# 5 - Easily dozed off after dinner.
-The bed is the forbidden place for me after eating activities. And also while watching (dull) movies. So, please do not eat too much! No wonder la gem*ks!

#6 - I read too much novels!
-Admires people who can write novels! I wish i can too. While reading the novels, i'll made my own film adaptation in my mind! I even chose the actor/actress to play the characters in the novels. Cam direktor filem plak!

See...its hard describing the uniqueness within myself. I'm sure there are lots more actually...
need more time to list it all down...

erm..if you think it's not that unique at all... i dont mind, after all, i'm only describing myself from my own view. Different people, perceive different things, and that makes you unique amongst others! No one in the world is the same. Cap jari pun lain2 perr....

And now, i think i need to tag others:
tapi siapakah...?
1-salwa
2-rabbit
3-leen
4-najwa
5-hainey

Please do whenever you feel free k!!
