Who doesn't LOVE Cheese Cake?


My first ever Cheese cake experiment was a Success!!!!It's really easy! And for that, i'm gonna share it with everyone!
Please, bare in mind, that this is not the actual complete recipe...
This one is fairly easy especially for me to do....

Ingredients:

Oops, u supposed to use 2 x 250g of Philadelphia Cream Cheese tau. Thx to Along for buying me another one.

1. First, u need to crush Bicsuit Marie like this.
Crush it until its really really crushed, like this.

2. While doing that, u can melt the butter. Cut it into cubes, and put it in the microwave for 1-2 mins.

It should melt like this... Okey, let it cool a bit.

3. Now, take an empty bowl and put in 3 cups of crushed biscuits into it. Make a hole in the middle of the crushed biscuits and pour in the melted butter bit by bit and mix it together.

Then put the crust into a round baking pan like this.
Make sure its really pressed into bottom of the pan.

See, this is the crust or the base of the cheese cake. Let it cool in either fridge of freezer.
Freezer is much faster. :)

4. Now Second Part, the best part!
The Creamy cheese that everyone loves it!

Cut both Philadelphia cream cheese into cubes with a 3/4 cup of caster sugar and beat it until its creamy.
5. Ok, once it's all creamy and glossy, pour it into the baking pan,on top of the chilled biscuit crust. Sorry, forgot to snap this steps. hehee...

Let it chilled again in the freezer for like 2 hours....

6. After 2 hours, cut peaches into slices. It can be peaches or other fruits as u like.

And arrange the peaches on the chilled cream cheese.


I arranged it like this, but it's up to u....

Lastly, mix 3 spoons of Gelatine in a 1/3 cup of warm water and pour it on top of the peaches. It'll be like a jelly that holds the peaches to the chilled cream cheese.

And, finally after 2-3 hours of waiting, it's ready to be eaten!

This, i'm telling u is so worth it!
